All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a confirmation is provided over email.
A non-refundable deposit amount of 10% is required to secure booking.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be completed 3 working days before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
Any changes to the booking must be requested in an email. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Significant changes, like altering the dates, destinations, or key parts of the tour, might be considered as a cancellation followed by a new booking. In such cases, cancellation fees as previously mentioned will apply.
The Sea Routes by TravlX reserves the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary if necessary.
Various factors, such as time, weather, road conditions, and the physical abilities of participants, may require alterations to the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
Travelers must inform The Sea Routes by TravlX of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in the tour.
The Sea Routes by TravlX is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by clients, except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of The Sea Routes by TravlX.
The Sea Routes by TravlX is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
The Sea Routes by TravlX shall not be liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations of the tour caused by external factors such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, accidents, breakdown of machinery or other unforeseeable events.
If a participant suffers an injury or illness during the tour, external evacuation or transport services may need to be arranged to ensure their health and safety. Any additional costs incurred from these arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant or their family.
By making a booking with The Sea Routes, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
